How do I book a ride?
You can reserve your chauffeur directly through our website or by phone. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a text or email notification with your driver’s details and estimated arrival time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged in full.
Do your rates include gratuity and tax?
All listed rates are exclusive of tax and gratuity. Gratuity is optional and always appreciated for exceptional service.
Can I request additional stops or route changes?
Yes. Additional stops or wait times outside of the booked itinerary may result in an adjusted fare, which your chauffeur will confirm before proceeding.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit, debit, and corporate invoicing (for approved accounts). Digital receipts are provided for all trips.
